A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Seized evidence No. 1 shall be returned to the victim's name unrefilled person.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 6, 2017, at around 22:00 on May 6, 2017, the Defendant stolen a bicycle, a non-owned owner of the victim’s name ( Samcheon Y370C) parked in the first floor bicycle storage unit near the 202 Dollae apartment 202, which was located around the 14th Dolla City, Goak-si, Jeju, Jeju, in the middle of the 14th century.

2. On June 3, 2017, the Defendant discovered that: (a) around June 3, 2017, at around 03:10, at the vicinity of the chemical fisheries market located in the Jeju Jeju Jeju Jeju Island on June 3, 2017; (b) during the search of the restaurant subject to theft by taking a stolen bicycle, such as the foregoing paragraph 1; (c) during the search of the restaurant, the victim C’s “D” restaurant (206) and the “F” restaurant operated by the victim E (205).

Defendant: (a) intruded into the aforementioned “D” through the above window, which was opened up with the second floor bend floor of the instant “D” building; and (b) stolen KRW 40,000,000, in cash owned by the victim C at the Kitter’s safe.

Defendant continued to go out of the above “D” and carried out a rail rail installed on the wall of the above building, and intruded into the above “F” through the window opened in the vicinity of the above “F”, and 30,000 won in cash, which is owned by the victim E, at the Kitter’s safe located.

In other words, they stolen them.

3. On June 6, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 03:35, Jun. 6, 2017; (b) at the “I”; (c) at the “I”; and (d) at the “I” restaurant operated by the victim H located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) upon intrusion into the said restaurant through the first floor window not corrected, intrudes into the said restaurant; and (c) opened the said safe, and takes up KRW 80,000 in cash, the victim’s possession.

In other words, they stolen them.

4. On June 15, 2017, at night, the Defendant, at night, intruded into a cafeteria operated by the Victim K (60 years of age) located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan CityJ on June 15, 2017, and intruded into the said cafeteria through the window of the second floor that was not corrected.
