Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 50,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 25,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around 12:10 on July 25, 2010, the Defendant received a notice of KRW 30,000 as a nearby disturbance of Article 1 subparag. 26 of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act in front of the history and history of the trigram law base located in the Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, but did not pay KRW 45,000 of the final penalty because he did not pay it within the payment deadline.
