Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor for two years and fines for 30,000,000 won, and Defendant B shall be punished by fines for 3,000,000 won, respectively.

The Defendants are the defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, as an officer in charge of F operation support (class 6, in charge of heat management and operation), was in charge of general administration of office buildings, general administration of heating and cooling facilities, water supply and drainage facilities, recommendation of construction companies in office buildings, supervision of construction, and confirmation of completion of construction.

Around July 2, 2008, the Defendant received 6 million won from B, from B, under the name of receiving orders to replace a freezing machine and to receive continuous orders in the future, etc., from B, the Defendant received from B, from July 16, 2013, a sum of 12 times as shown in Appendix I, as shown in Appendix I, from July 1, 2013, and received a bribe in relation to the public official’s duties.

From the J around May 2, 2013, the Defendant received 4 million won from the J to the K bank account in the name of the Defendant, such as receiving the deposits from the K bank account in the name of the Defendant, for the purpose of receiving sewerage construction orders and continuing orders in the future, etc., and received from the J the bribe in relation to the public official’s duties five times more than 9.4 million won, as described in the Schedule III of Crimes committed in the attached Table III, from January 29, 2014.

2. Defendant B is the representative of Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (ju)G dealing with freezing machine, boiler sales, repair, etc.

On July 2, 2008, the Defendant: (a) on July 2, 2008, to the officer in charge of F operation support (Grade 6, heat management and operation department) in charge of F's freezing replacement work; and (b) on the basis of the order for construction of the freezing replacement work; and (c) the continuous consideration for the future.
