1. Defendant A’s sole criminal defendant was appointed as a local administrative secretary on November 22, 1979 and served as the director of the Agricultural Technology Center Agriculture Division at D during the period from January 31, 2013 to July 30, 2014, and served as the director of the Environmental Green Area Bureau from July 15, 2016 to January 20, 2017.
