1. The Defendant’s KRW 322,841,50 for the Plaintiff and its related KRW 7% per annum from November 1, 2010 to November 30, 2010, and December 201.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the business of the survey site development and the dispatch of human resources. The Defendant is a housing redevelopment and maintenance project partnership established pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) for the purpose of housing redevelopment and improvement project for housing redevelopment of which the area of 180,198.7 square meters and 18,502 square meters of Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangju Special Metropolitan City, as a rearrangement zone.

B. Around 2006, the owners of some houses and lands of the KRW C as well as the Plaintiff established the “(tentative name) F Preparation Committee for the Promotion of the Establishment of Redevelopment Projects for the Development of Housing Units of the said Category C as the Chairperson (hereinafter “F Preparation Committee”).

C. On August 23, 2006, for the purpose of establishing a housing redevelopment and consolidation project association, the FP entered into a contract with G and a committee of promoters on August 23, 2006 on the vicarious execution of business affairs for applying for authorization of establishment, vicarious execution of business affairs for applying for authorization of establishment, examination of feasibility and preparation of implementation plans for rearrangement projects, cooperation on the selection of designer and work executor, vicarious execution of business affairs for application for authorization of project implementation, formulation of plans for sale, management and disposal, and other business affairs for matters agreed with the association

In addition to the above F Preparatory Committee on February 2008, there were the following Preparatory Committee for the purpose of housing redevelopment improvement project in Madong, I Dong, J Dong, Kdong, and Ldong:

The title No. 1 (tentative title) location of the president of H-dong Urban Renewal Promotion Zone 2 (tentative name), Nilwon 2 (tentatively named), J-dong, J-dong, Pilwon 3 (tentatively named) KK-dong Committee for the Preparation for the Establishment and Promotion of the Urban Renewal Acceleration Promotion Zone 4 (tentatively named) Hail-dong Urban Renewal Acceleration Promotion Committee for the Establishment and Promotion of the Urban Renewal Acceleration Promotion Zone 5 (tentatively named) Mail-dong Urban Renewal Promotion Zone 5 (U.S.) when the name of the P Committee for the Promotion of the Establishment of the Urban Renewal Acceleration Project 4 (tentatively named) is located.
