2. Violation of the Traffic Act on roads.

A. On October 5, 2017, the Defendant driven a Fenz car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 240 km section from around 21:25 to around 1st road in Ansan-si, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-do.

B. On October 14, 2017, the Defendant driven a Fenz car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 120 km section from around 18:40 to around 120 km in Ansan-si, Chungcheongnam-si, Nam-gu, Chungcheongnam-si, Chungcheongnam-si, and through the Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul.
