Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, from the date of the final judgment of this case, each of the above two years against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) moved J (15 years old) to the Defendant’s QM3 vehicle to a nearby parking lot in front of the H community center located in G during the 18:00 Gyeonggi-si; and (b) paid KRW 120,000 to the Defendant’s QM3 vehicle; and (c) had sexual intercourse with the J to purchase the child’s sex.

2. Defendant B

A. On September 2015, 2015, the Defendant: (a) moved to a nearby parking lot, which was known to the Defendant’s EF So-called “I”; (b) paid KRW 40,000 to the Defendant’s EF So-called “child”; and (c) made the J to have the Defendant wear the Defendant’s sexual organ in his/her hands (hereinafter “so-called “child”), and had the Defendant buy the child’s sexual organ.

B. On September 28, 2015, the Defendant met the said J in order to use the vehicle before L, which was located in the Gu K during the 15:30 on September 28, 2015, and then paid KRW 50,000 to J as 301 Dong-dong 202, the Defendant’s dwelling place, while using the vehicle, and let J perform so-called “her husband and wife”, thereby having the Defendant purchase the child’s sex.

3. Defendant C

A. On September 18, 2015, around 20:00, the Defendant: (a) moved a juvenile, who became aware of through the “I”, a mobile phone-rating fluoring fluor in the vicinity of the O station located in the Manan-si, Mayang-si, Gyeonggi-do; (b) transferred the Defendant’s Pknior vehicle to the Defendant’s Pknior vehicle; (c) paid KRW 100,000 within the above vehicle; and (d) had sexual intercourse with J to purchase the child’s sex.

B. On September 25, 2015, the Defendant paid KRW 100,00 to J as above at the place described in the foregoing paragraph (a) around September 2015, and had sexual intercourses, thereby purchasing child and juvenile sex.

4. On October 3, 2015, Defendant D’s mobile phone hosting around L, which is located in the Gu K during the 17:00 Gyeongyang-gu Gyeong-si.
