1. The Defendant’s KRW 6,326,640 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from June 22, 2014 to January 15, 2016.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant concluded an automobile comprehensive insurance contract with respect to C Oralba (hereinafter “Defendant Oralba”) driven by B.
B. (1) On June 22, 2014, the Plaintiff and B participated in Dives, which start from the luxan luxan (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff Obane”) around 14:00 and move to the South Yangyang-do Epip.
