1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 25, 2010, the Plaintiff and Defendant A entered into an insurance contract with Defendant A, the insured, and beneficiaries of the non-life insurance proceeds, and the insurance period from March 25, 2010 to March 25, 206, and entered into an non-dividend franchise insurance contract with Defendant B by setting the insurance period from March 25, 2010 to March 25, 206. On June 9, 2010, the policyholder and the beneficiary of non-life insurance proceeds were changed to Defendant B as indicated in the attached insurance list.

Defendant A received hospitalized treatment for 14 days from April 9, 2010 to April 22, 2010, as indicated in the following table 1, for 31 days until March 24, 2014, including those for which hospitalized treatment was conducted for 14 days.
