A. On February 26, 2010, Defendant A entered into an insurance contract entered into between the Plaintiff and the insured as the principal (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). The policyholder of the said insurance contract was changed to Defendant B on October 24, 2010.

B. After the conclusion of the instant insurance contract, Defendant A received hospital treatment for 14 days from August 10, 2010 to August 24, 2010, for 26 times in total, from August 10, 2010 to September 29, 2014 as indicated in the following table.
