Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 100,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, at around 14:25 on June 28, 2019, the Defendant, at the front of the “C” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B, made it difficult for the Defendant to keep the registration license plate on a hand after the D cargo vehicle in order to avoid the crackdown on parking and stopping.
