Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, each of the above two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive is against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a foreigner of Chinese nationality who has entered and stays in the Republic of Korea as a non-resident of domestic residence overseas (F-4).

On September 9, 2016, the Defendant acquired the nationality of the Republic of Korea by naturalization.

On November 2015, the Defendant, who was commissioned by the Minister of Culture and Sports, failed to apply for and pass the written examination for the qualifying examination for tourist interpreter and guide staff in charge of the Human Resources Development Service of Korea, submitted a certificate of graduation, etc. proving that he/she is a graduate of a junior college or higher under the Higher Education Act at the time of receipt of the written application for the above tourist interpreter and guide staff, may be exempt from two subjects in the above written examination. Once he/she knew that he/she could be exempted from two subjects in the above written examination, he/she conspired with the Chinese government on the false name of the G and the Chinese government, which are the false name of the Chinese government, which was introduced through the journal, and then submitted the relevant documents to the Human Resources Development Service of Korea to be exempted from two subjects in the written examination.

On November 24, 2015, from around December 23, 2015 to around December 23, 2015, the Defendant forged a copy of the Defendant’s identification card to the above G at the duty-free shop of “I hotel” located in the Jeju City, via the Kakao Kakao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao Kao, and transferred KRW 450,000 to the above G on November 26, 2016 for the charge of forginging the certificate of graduation, and the above Chinese person on the name and the name in the above G and the name in an influenction forged a copy of the Defendant’s identification card that “the Defendant was studying and graduated from the above four-year tourist management department at the Black, Ya Kao Kao

As a result, the defendant is in collusion with the above G and the above Chinese in order to exercise his/her private document related to the certification of facts, and is in the name of the name of the Black Mynam University.
