A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a staff member of the security company B.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and photographing);

A. At around 12:41 on March 16, 2017, the Defendant taken the victim E, who was preparing documents at D stores located in Busan City, against his/her will, using his/her Samsung Ggalthro 8 Smartphone (No. 1), which could cause sexual humiliations by using his/her Samsung Ggalthro (No. 8 Smartphone 1) camera functions.

B. On December 15, 2017, from around 13:47 to 13:50, the Defendant taken photographs of the victim’s her tur and chests against his/her will, using his/her smartphone camera function before the elevator of the G Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City.

C. On January 15, 2018, from around 18:59 to 19:51, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim K from the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City International Officetel’s International Officetel J, against his/her own smartphone camera’s will, thereby inducing sexual health. D. The Defendant taken the victim K against his/her will.

On February 25, 2018, at around 20:46, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim K who suffered a test color fluor in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Officetel J using his own smartphone camera functions against his will to induce sexual health.

E. On March 26, 2018, at around 13:57, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim N, who satisfing the hair of customers in the cosmetic L, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, against his/her own smartphone camera function, which could cause sexual health.

F. On April 2, 2018, at around 13:24, the Defendant taken a photograph of the victim’s bridge and tamp, which might lead to sexual health, by using his own smartphone camera function, to the second floor office using his own smartphone camera function, against his will.
