Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 11, 2016, at least 08:54, the Defendant taken video images of the body parts and legs of the victim’s path body, which might cause a sense of sexual shame, using a smartphone (LG-F180L) with a device that has been going back to the back of the victim’s name unexplodedd in the stairs of the D University lecture room located in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for about 17 seconds against the victim’s will.
2. On April 12, 2016, at around 11:21, the Defendant taken video images of a victim’s bridge, which could cause sexual humiliation against the victim’s will, using a smartphone (LG-F180L), going back following the victim’s back of his/her influorial name, who was tested in the place described in the preceding paragraph, and has been using a smartphone (LG-F180L) with a camera function.
3. On April 14, 2016, at least 11:58, the Defendant taken a video image of the victim’s bridge, which might cause sexual humiliation, using smartphone (LG-F180L) with his/her own intent, against the victim’s will, at least 27 seconds, of the victim’s bridge that might cause a sense of sexual shame, using the victim’s sexual humiliation, from the escalator installed in the platform transfer passage along the platform of the subway F Station 2 located in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
4. On April 14, 2016, at around 12:26, the Defendant: (a) taken video images of the victim’s bridge that might cause a sense of sexual shame using smartphone (LG-F180L) with a camera function, following the Defendant: (b) around 14, 2016, the victim’s bridge that might cause a sense of sexual shame using a smartphone (LG-F180L) with his/her own will, against the victim’s will, at least 1 minute 46 seconds.
5. On April 14, 2016, the Defendant was in possession of at least 12:38, the following behind the victim’s name unrefluencies in the name of women who suffered the fluencies in the subway platform located in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government G H Station.
