1. Defendant A is a representative of F Co., Ltd. established mainly for the export and import of petroleum, who operates a H gas station located in G in official city, and Defendant B is a F’s employee who actually manages the above H gas station.
Despite the fact that anyone is prohibited from manufacturing, importing, storing, transporting, storing, or selling pseudo petroleum products, the Defendants conspired with each other on December 4, 201, and sold pseudo petroleum products containing carbon and hydrogen to many unspecified drivers until December 18, 201 and kept the remainder 20,200 liters for the purpose of selling them.

On October 9, 201, Defendants conspired to sell 47,00,000 liters of similar diesel transit equivalent to the market price of 47,00,000,000 won received from a person with no personal knowledge at the L station located in the Jung-gu, Incheon, and sold 28,000 liters of similar diesel transit equivalent to the market price of 44,772,000 won at the N station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon, and sold 46,30,000 liters of the market price at the P station located in the P station located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Incheon on October 24, 201.
3. Defendant C’s sole criminal conduct
