A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall manufacture, import, store, transport, keep, or sell fake petroleum products.

C is a person operating a gas station, such as D, E, F, oil station, oil agency, etc., G is a unemployment worker who leases a H oil station for the main purpose of manufacturing pseudo petroleum, and I is the president of the H oil station in the name of the above H oil station.

G, C, and I: (a) from June 21, 2014 to July 21, 2014, at the above H oil station located in the jurisdiction of Ansan-si from Jun. 21, 2014 to Jun. 21, 2014, the said G remodeled M vehicle with K (one chief of K), which is an engineer for manufacturing pseudo petroleum, and L (LR) who is an engineer for manufacturing pseudo petroleum; (b) loaded with active carbon; (c) removed the identification agents using active coal; (d) manufactured half-finished products using luxane; and (e) supplied them to D located in N with luxum at the permissible time; and (e) manufactured similar diesel transit in combination with half-finished products in the above similar diesel transit at the rate of 2:8; and (e) stored or sold them in D, E, E, oil stations, F, oil stations, H oil stations, etc.

From June 21, 2014 to July 21, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with the above C, G, and I, etc., sold approximately KRW 803,011,200,00 at the market price of pseudo petroleum transport vehicles (capacity 20,00 L) and transported similar diesel fuel manufactured in D to D and transported similar diesel fuel manufactured in D to Friju stations, E stations, and H stations, to transport them to H stations, and manufactured approximately KRW 1,192,00,00 at the market price of 745,00,000, fake petroleum products mixed with other petroleum products, which are fake petroleum products, by transporting them to Friju stations, E stations, and H stations, and kept them in custody for sale equivalent to the total quantity of KRW 803,01,82,000 at the market price of approximately 243,18,882,00,000.
