Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to eight months, and imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person who manages the above gas stations, such as transporting oil, and Defendant C is a person who serves as the site manager of the above F gas stations, in the same city as F gas stations in Dongducheon City, and H gas stations in G, and Defendant B is a person who serves as the site manager of the above F gas stations.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 2014, the Defendant remodeled the business facilities, such as installing pipes connections to enable immediate discharge of fake transit through the main organic pipe, by connecting the outlet of oil transport vehicles in which fake oil is mixed with lux oil for the purpose of selling fake petroleum products, and the pipe pipes installed in the said gas station.

B. On July 2014, the Defendant remodeled the business facilities using the same method as the preceding paragraph to sell fake petroleum products at the Haman’s oil station.

2. Defendants’ co-principal conduct

A. The Defendants conspired with each other from July 1, 2014 to the same year.

8. During the period of 21.21. In the above F station, Defendant A installed a pipeline connecting the discharge outlet of the oil transport vehicle with the main oil pipe as above. Defendant B and Defendant A sold 61,232 liters of the market price by demolishing the oil transport vehicle with the oil transport tank at about 50 percent every day, connecting the oil and light oil to the oil transport tank with the oil transport vehicle storage tank after using the above pipe connecting the oil transport connecting device at about 18:00 each day. Defendant C and the oil station employees whose name cannot be identified. Defendant C sold 61,232 liters of the oil transport vehicle by demolishing the above pipeline connecting device after the completion of the gas station oil of the fuel transport vehicle.

B. The Defendants conspired with each other from August 1, 2014 to the same year.

8. From around 21.21. At the above H oil station, Defendant A installed a pipeline connecting the discharge outlet of the oil transport vehicle with the main pipe of the oil transport vehicle as above, and Defendant B and Defendant A.
