A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving BYFLI car.

1. On April 18, 2013, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol by 0.093% from the 5km section of approximately 5km-gu, Changwon-gu, Changwon-si to the front parking lot of about 21:45 on the same day from the 604-26 Geumsi-gu, Changwon-si, Geumwon-si, Geumwon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the 61:45 day from the 21:45 day.

On April 18, 2013, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Dok-gu) driven the said car on the three-lane road at the entrance of the Jinhae-gu, Jinwon-si, Changwon-si, the 51-1 Jin-dong, Jinwon-si, and driven the said car at about 20-30 km from the 3rd square, along the right-hand lane.

Since a crosswalk is installed on the front side, in such a case, there was a duty of care to check whether a person engaged in driving service has a road to reduce speed and to see well the right and the right of the front side and the right and the right of the road, and to drive safely.

Ultimately, even though the Defendant suffered from an injury, such as dumped salt, inspection, etc., by negligence in the course of business as above, the Defendant immediately stopped and escaped without taking necessary measures, such as aiding the victim.
