When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 29, 2020, the Defendant driven a C Sti-type car at the section of approximately 1.5 km from a fluorous drinking house in the city of Jingu in Jinnam-si to the front road of the same Gu B apartment guard room in Jinnam-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Seoul, to a level of about 0.362% alcohol level.
