1. An exchange change in the trial, the plaintiffs' Republic of Korea, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, and Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The status of ownership of each piece of land listed in the attached Table 1 1 ) Defendant Seongdong-gu shall be the land listed in attached Table 1 1 1 (hereinafter “P land”).
(2) The Defendant Seoul Metropolitan Government completed the registration of ownership transfer on December 29, 1988 with respect to the land listed in [Attachment 1] List 2 (hereinafter “T land”) on July 15, 1981, and the land listed in Annex 1 List 1 List 4 (hereinafter “T land”) on August 10, 1959.
3) The land listed in Annex 1 List 3 (hereinafter “U land”).
(B) On June 1, 1938, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the part of June 1, 1938. (B) The current status of ownership of neighboring land and buildings (hereinafter “G land”) is 112 square meters adjacent to each of the above lands in Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (hereinafter “G land”) shall complete the registration of ownership transfer on August 18, 1939 by H, and J, H, ASEAN, completed the registration of ownership transfer on August 18, 1967.
2) J around July 29, 1969, the buildings of I, the first underground floor and the third floor above ground (hereinafter referred to as “instant buildings”) on G land around July 29, 1969.
(3) On August 3, 1999, the Plaintiff newly constructed and completed registration of ownership preservation in its name on August 12, 1969. The Plaintiff paid the purchase price of I and G land and the building of this case by voluntary auction on August 3, 199 and paid the price, and completed registration of ownership transfer in its name on August 7, 199.
4 On July 26, 200, Plaintiff A donated 3/10 of the instant building to Plaintiff B, his spouse, and Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer in its name on July 27, 200.
