1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant prepared and issued a certificate of borrowing (Evidence A 1) to the effect that the Plaintiff would settle the borrowed amount of KRW 20 million and pay KRW 4,000,000 as interest on the loan accrued around that time, and that the Defendant would pay KRW 4,00,000 as interest by December 31, 2016.

B. From September 29, 2016 to November 7, 2017, the Plaintiff leased KRW 23,303,450 to the Defendant as follows.

The Plaintiff is obligated to pay 47,303,450 won (= KRW 47,300,000, KRW 23,303,450, KRW 22,90) based on the above facts charged to the Plaintiff, barring any special circumstance, as well as 24,402,04 won (= KRW 47,303,450) calculated by deducting 22,901,446 won from the amount of KRW 47,303,450, KRW 222,90,000, KRW 23,303,450, KRW 23,450, KRW 450) from September 5, 2016 to January 16, 2018.
