1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Under the condition that the Defendant Company B (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) pays KRW 2 billion to around January 5, 2016, the exclusive right to sell the F 30 stores (hereinafter “F stores”) from E (hereinafter “E”), and Defendant C is the internal director of the Defendant Company and Defendant D are the employees of the Defendant Company.

The Plaintiff, a licensed real estate agent broker, sold FJ H (hereinafter referred to as “instant commercial building”) through the Defendant Company, and entered into a consulting service contract with the Defendant Company (hereinafter referred to as “instant service contract”), and the main contents thereof are as follows.

A: The Plaintiff and B: The purpose of this Agreement is to determine the content of the services under Articles 3, 4 and 5 to “A” for the purchase contract for the service object (F sale facility H) below.

Article 2 (Subject Matter of Services) Article 3 (Period of Service Execution) (1) Article 3 (Period of Service Execution) 23.72 94.46 (Period of Sales Contract from the date of the public announcement of sale in lots to the date of conclusion of the contract for sale in lots, and “B” shall provide services to “A” during the period of service performance.

(2) When it is necessary to extend or reduce the period for providing services, "A" and "B" shall be determined through mutual consultation.

Article 4 (Scope of Services) The scope of this Agreement shall be as follows:

(1) "A" means a Si event and consultation to enable a purchaser to purchase the objects of services at a minimum purchase price. (2) In a contract for the purchase of the objects of services, the purchaser shall consult with the Si event about the appropriate type of business to be operated.
