The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,000,000 as well as 20% per annum from May 1, 2019 to the date of full payment.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “D”), and Defendant B is the representative director of E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”).

B. The F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) ordered E on September 6, 2018 the sales business related to the Eunpyeong-gu Seoul G Business (hereinafter “instant business”).

C. Meanwhile, as the broker of Defendant C on January 15, 2019, E entered into a contract for sales agency services for the following contents among the instant projects (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

(1) The name of the business subject to contract: The number of households of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H apartment sales agency business: The number of households of Eunpyeong-gu 169 apartment units, officetels 32 offices (D) 1. The scope of business affairs under Article 2 (D) (2) occasional reports on the plan for sales activities, monthly plans for sales activities, and the utilization of advertising and publicity materials.

(2) E shall account for loans.
