1. The Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

2.Provided, That each of the above punishments shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendants were not the narcotics handler, they treated marijuana as follows:

1. The Defendants were willing to purchase marijuana around February 16, 2017, and accordingly, collected KRW 50,000 from a non-displace on the same day at around 16:59, and remitted KRW 100,000 to a national bank account (Account Number E) in the name of D, and around February 20, 2017, the Defendants collected KRW 100,000 from D around the new wall at the residence of Suwon-si F and 303.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to sell and sell marijuana.

2. The Defendant, at the early February 2017 residence of the Defendant A, smoked marijuana in the same manner eight times, as in the list of crimes in the attached Form (1) from that time to March 15, 2017, by inserting the marith in the pipes made by stuffing the marith of marijuana together with D, attaching a fire in the pipes made by stuffing the smoke.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana by himself or in collusion with D or B.

3. Around February 20, 2017, Defendant B smoked marijuana in the same way as in the list of crimes (2) of the attached Table between Defendant B and the first police officer in the following manner: (a) around the new wall around February 20, 2017: (b) in a pipe made with D and A in a stuffing paper; and (c) smoked marijuana in the same way as in the list of crimes (2) of the following crimes between Defendant B and the first police officer.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked marijuana by himself or in collusion with D or A.
