1. The defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff)-Plaintiff B’s taking over the lawsuit is among the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 list against the plaintiff (Counterclaim defendant).

The plaintiff is the owner of 261m2 (hereinafter referred to as the "Plaintiff's land") in Songyang-si.

The deceased B owned a building JJ large 165 square meters (hereinafter “Defendant’s land”) and its ground located adjacent to the Plaintiff’s land, but died on November 23, 2015, when the instant lawsuit was pending.

Accordingly, the Defendants, the spouse or children of B, taken over the instant lawsuit as co-inheritors.

Some of the above buildings on the Defendants’ land are constructed on the land owned by the Plaintiff as follows:
