1. The defendant is against the plaintiffs:

(a) Of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1, 18, 19, 20, and 1, the respective points are indicated in the separate sheet No. 2.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter “instant land”), the Plaintiffs co-owned each share in the column for share in the unjust enrichment table equivalent to the rent for the generation of attached Table 3 (the Plaintiff B acquired shares on July 23, 2010, and the aggregate of the Plaintiffs’ respective shares is 660.45/826), and the Defendant co-owned the remainder of 165.5/826 shares.
