A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee of a private parking agency of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Kimpo Airport located in 112, Gangseo-gu, Seoul.

On September 6, 2016, around 11:40, the Defendant inflicted on the victim C (59) and Si expenses, an employee of an official parking company, in front of the receipt site for the second floor parking of the office building of the city office building of the Kim Jong-po Airport, on September 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) carried the victim’s shoulder part by hand; (b) pushed the victim’s shoulder part on his part; and (c) pushed the victim’s part on his part; and (d) inflicted an injury on the victim, such as salt, tension, etc., for which three weeks of medical treatment is required.
