A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant handled the Meart clocks (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) which are a local mental medicine as follows:

1. On December 2016, the Defendant received Handphones from E in the vicinity of the roads located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Seoul) and received them.

2. On July 2018, the Defendant: (a) decided to purchase a penphone from a person in an irregular name using a smartphone-making app on the lower 20:00 square meters; (b) transferred KRW 100,000 to the account of our bank designated by the person in an irregular name; and (c) on the same day, the Defendant traded a penphone by means that the said person, who was in an irregular name, purchased the penphone, by finding out the phiphone’s unfold amount hidden on the road side of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Housing.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 2016, 2016, the Defendant administered phiphonephones by using the scopon’s scopon’s scopon’s scopon from a trade inscopon store located in the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Granddong to a beer.

B. On July 2018, 2018, the Defendant administered philophones by driving philophones on the beer’s scopon’s scopon in the trade inscopon of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul, Yeongdeungpo-gu.
