Punishment of the crime

Since 2005, the Defendant is a person who runs a livestock product processing business and livestock product sales business in E located in Hanam-si (State).

While engaging in the above business, Defendant 1 tried to prepare a workplace in the underground room, which is the storage purpose of the underground warehouse in a building separate from the above permitted workplace, in order to process swine meat with good faith so as to sell it on the Internet.

1. A person who intends to operate livestock product processing business due to a livestock product processing business without permission shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor having jurisdiction over each place of business;
