A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of thirty million won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who sells livestock products under the name of “C” in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and D from August 29, 2016 to February 5, 2017; E from June 2016 to February 23, 2017; and F from June 2016 to February 23, 2017, respectively, a person who worked for the said C as an employee.

And D, E, and F conspired to indicate the origin of livestock products, such as imported beef and pigs sold in the above C, as a domestic product, or to enter and sell traceability numbers of domestic livestock products in a false way.

1. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products or the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products shall make a false indication of the place of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion therewith, and no person shall make a false indication or make an exaggerated indication in relation to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, nutritions, raw materials, use and quality of livestock products, packaging of livestock products and tracking and management of traceability of processed livestock products;

Nevertheless, on February 2, 2016, the Defendant conspired with D, E, and F in sequence, indicated the origin of the 59.81km of the U.S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S. S.C as “domestic products” and falsely indicated the origin by printing out and attaching the labels bearing false serial numbers on the domestic livestock products stored at low e.g., the import serial number (in the case of livestock products, there is no serial number as the domestic product, and the import serial number is “G”). From that time to February 27, 2017.
