1. The Defendant is a representative director of H, Inc. (hereinafter “H”) who sells livestock products and meat packaging business, and is responsible for overall control over the storage, shipment, sale, processing, management of employees, and supervision of livestock products in H.

(a) Where a person who violates the Sanitary Control of Livestock Products by the establishment of an unauthorized storage place intends to store livestock products, he/she shall do so at the place of work permitted by the competent administrative agency;

Nevertheless, from January 2013 to February 11, 2016, the Defendant stored livestock products in freezing 32,980km in total for the purpose of supplying the livestock products operated by the Defendant to the factory enterprises without obtaining permission from the competent authorities from Jeju-si 1 floor and freezing storage equivalent to 29 square meters.
