Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2019, at around 03:30 on September 5, 2019, the Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of the victim C (M, 37 years of age) who was in a cell phone call with one corridor of the eightth floor of Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, and who was in a cell phone, committed an indecent act on the part of the female by force.
