A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On January 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for the offering of a bribe at the Busan High Court, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Changwon Prison on March 12, 2014.
1. Around 00:40 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant driven a DW car at a section of about 500 meters from a site distance, which is located in the center of Sungsi-gu, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, in front of the road while under the influence of alcohol by 0.05% of blood alcohol concentration without obtaining a driver’s license.
2. On May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (a) around 00:49 on May 15, 2014, the Defendant: (b) held an official document denying the presentation of a driver’s license by an slope E, belonging to the transportation control department of the Changwon Police Station, who controlled drinking while driving a vehicle, and (c) presented the F’s driver’s license under the name of the Commissioner of the Gyeongnam Police Agency, an official document in the vehicle, as if the Defendant was the driver’s license of the Defendant.
3. The Defendant: (a) requested, at the same time and place as above 2.2. paragraph, that the Defendant sign and affix a seal on the junish driver’s statement and his voluntary acting book in which F personal information is stated from the said slope E; (b) arbitrarily signed the “F” in the name column of the said document for the purpose of uttering, and forged the signature of the private person.
4. At the same time and place as above 2. paragraph 3., the Defendant submitted a report on the state-run driver, a statement on the state-owned situation, and a voluntary action to a slope E containing a signature forged as set forth in the above 3. Paragraph 3., and held each forged signature as if he were the duly formed signature.
