1. Basic facts

A. Defendant ABN Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) is an insurance company established for the purpose of life insurance business, etc., and Defendant D served as an insurance solicitor of the Defendant Co., Ltd. from August 2007 to August 2010, and served as the insurance solicitor of the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. ( currently changed to the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd.) from September 2010 to June 2012, and thereafter served as the site store of Defendant E Co., Ltd. from July 16, 2012.
