Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. From June 5, 2008 to October 10, 2016, the Plaintiff lent KRW 403,800,000 to the Defendant by means of remitting over 34 occasions to the account of the Defendant and the Defendant’s children to the account of Nonparty C, as set out below:

B. On June 25, 2015, the Defendant remitted the amount of KRW 456,510,000 to the Plaintiff’s account; KRW 830,000 on February 16, 2016; KRW 240,000 on August 9, 2016; and KRW 200,000 on September 30, 2016; and on the other hand, from July 2, 2008 to January 26, 2017, the money as indicated in each “statement of Accounts” in attached Form 423 times in total, including the amount of KRW 456,510,00 from December 2, 2009 to September 3, 201, the Defendant received KRW 80 on the aggregate to the Plaintiff.
C. Meanwhile, the Plaintiff’s account is KRW 335,70,000 via 27 times from October 11, 2013 to December 30, 2016, as set forth in the following [Attachment 2].
