1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one and half years;

2.Provided, That the above punishment shall be executed for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive;

Punishment of the crime

1. Around July 9, 2013, the Defendant was found at the house of the victim C (the age of 46), who was the victim, and tried to communicate with the victim several times to meet the victim, and found the victim.
