A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who was engaged in a worship by using the name of “B”, and the victim C (the victim is 54 years of age) is known through the introduction of a chair and has been only several times.

1. At around 14:40 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) 14:40 on the same day: (b) 505, and (c) 14:40 on the passenger room, she was released from the victim’s bar and clothes at the same time; and (b) she was under the influence of the victim’s entrance; and (c) she was “the first defect of smelling food in the inside,” and (d) she was released from the victim’s bar and she was released from the toilet, and (d) she was released from the victim from the toilet, and (e) where she was “the victim was under the influence of drinking.”
