A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Rape) - The Defendant, “2014 Highly 418,” came to know of the victim E (or the age of 15) through “D,” which was early early June 2014, sent the victim’s face pictures, chests, and sexual organ to send the victim’s face pictures, her chests, and sexual organ, and then sent the said pictures from the victim to the victim. On September 4, 2014, the Defendant, “2014 Highly 418,” sent the victim a GL pool located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.

The Defendant: (a) entered the victim’s room to a female toilet; (b) the victim was unable to resist because his/her photograph and dynamic image were disseminated; (c) the victim was knee and knee and knee; (d) knee and knee the victim’s knee and knee; and (e) attempted to rape the victim; (b) the Defendant attempted to commit a crime by itself, which voluntarily ceased to commit a defect that the victim had come to school while she was fel; and (c) the victim was able to have come to school.
