Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 2, 2014, at around 00:30 on September 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven by the police officer D, belonging to the Samsan Police Station C police box, who was standing in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu B building; (b) reported that the patrol vehicle passed along the crosswalk and obstructed the crosswalk; and (c) took photographs of the patrol vehicle after taking a sound.

After that, D attempted to operate a patrol vehicle, “Ye-Se-Se-Sa-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-S-

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the crime prevention and patrol, which is a legitimate duty execution officer of D, who is a police officer.
