A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 26, 2015, at around 00:30, the Defendant attempted to stop without correcting the scambling patrol vehicle for returning home to a host, using the scambling scambling scam in front of the “C restaurant” located in the Seogu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, and at around 112, the Defendant attempted to take a scambling vehicle without correcting the scambling E belonging to the Seongbuk Police Station D commander called up after receiving a 112 report, and the scambling F of the scambling patrol vehicle in order to take the measures for returning home to a host. However, the Defendant attempted to take the scambling vehicle by getting on the scambling seat of the said vehicle, but did not stick the key to the patrol vehicle, and attempted to stop the scambling E.

2. The Defendant committed an act of obstruction of performance of official duties, at the same time and place, and at the same time and place, the Defendant: (a) took a thief on the Defendant’s thief by stopping the thief as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) took the Defendant’s string away from the patrol car; and (c) assaulted the Defendant by putting the Defendant’s thief on the inside part of E, flafing off the thief.

As a result, the defendant interfered with legitimate execution of duties concerning the return processing work by slope E 112.
