A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 26, 2017, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 00:50, the Defendant driven an eM5 vehicle from the front of the small-scale bank in which the trade name located in the 2amamb in Gwangjubuk-gu cannot be identified, to the front of the gold wave announcement in the head of Gwangju Northern-gu heading 80, via the road prior to the public announcement of the gold wave in the head of Gwangju Northern-gu, the Defendant driven an eM5 vehicle from around 3 km to the front of Gwangju Northern-gu D.

2. Around 00:50 on August 26, 2017, the Defendant suffered from damage to public goods or interference with the performance of special duties, on the road in front of Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, about the ground that he driven a drinking on the road as described in the foregoing paragraph 1, and was concealed at the above location, the Defendant attempted to flee by driving the ES5-car without responding to the request of the Defendant, while the security guards belonging to the G police station department of Gwangju-gu, which found the Defendant’s vehicle, on the ground that he was under influence of alcohol as stated in the foregoing paragraph 1, he was under influence of the F patrol vehicle belonging to the North Korean Police Station of Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Seoul-do, where he discovered the Defendant’s vehicle, and required the Defendant’s vehicle’s vehicle’s vehicle’s driver, who was on board in front of the said patrol vehicle, and attempted to escape to the extent that the said part of the vehicle was destroyed to the extent of KRW 100,000.

Then, the Defendant, upon receiving the patrol vehicle, continued to stop the Defendant’s driving vehicle without stopping the vehicle and continued to conduct the speed pedal, thereby making the said patrol vehicle close to the right, thereby causing injury to the police officer belonging to the G department of the Gwangju Northern Police Station, Gwangju, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

Accordingly, the defendant damages the use of goods by public offices, and at the same time, carries dangerous objects and carries them with legitimate execution of duties in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers.
