A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall cover a registration number plate nor make it illegible, and such a motor vehicle shall not be operated.

Nevertheless, around December 16, 2015, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by operating the said vehicle at approximately 100 meters from the road in front of the Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, 1015-2, on March 15, 2016, when it was difficult for the Defendant to identify the registration license plate on the front license plate of the Bomben vehicle, attaching half-stringers to the front license plate of the Bomben vehicle, and on March 15, 2016.
