1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 140,882,353 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 1, 2017 to the date of complete payment.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 21, 2004, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract in attached Form 1 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) with the Defendant. The main contents of the instant insurance contract’s ordinary terms and conditions are as stated in attached Form 2 (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”).

Where the cause for payment of benefits is deceased within one year from the date of the death or the aftermath disability insurance proceeds under the basic contract for the payment of benefits, or the rate of the aftermath disability is at least 80%, 20,000 won x 80% of the minimum payment rate for each disability classification in the attached Table (2) within one year from the date of the accident of 20,000 won x 80% of the general injury under the choice rate of the aftermath disability x 80% within one year from the date of the accident of the aftermath disability, where the payment rate of the aftermath disability under the attached Table (2) is 80% or more within one year from the date of the accident of the aftermath disability x 200% of the total amount of the insurance money under the payment rate of the aftermath disability x 20% of the daily life disability x 20% of the total insurance money under the payment rate of the aftermath disability x 20% of the aftermath disability 20% within one year.
