A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 201, the Defendant: (a) cut off Damond 10 in the market price, which is the victim’s possession under custody in the Dorogate of the “D’s operation” of the victim C in the Gangwon-do-gun; and (b) cut off one half of the market price, which is the market price where one of the Mmond 10s in the market price is in progress.
