Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 10, 2015, the Defendant forged a car rental contract in the name column of D, which is a private document on the lessee’s name, entered “D” into the car rental contract form, “E”, “E” in the resident registration number column, “**-******”, and “D” in the lessee column and signed a copy of the car rental contract in the name of D, which is a private document on the rights and obligations.

2. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph (1), exercised the forged vehicle rental contract to the above C employee G, who was aware of the forgery, as if it were a document duly formed.

3. The Defendant on the unlawful uttering of official document presented and held a driver’s license under the name of the head of the Seoul Provincial Police Agency, which was an official document in the name of the Defendant, at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, at the time and place, and held the same as the Defendant’s driver’s license.
