Punishment of the crime

[2018 High Court Decision 2017Da849] The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the international marriage brokerage business under the trade name of “A” corporation in Seo-gu Daejeon.

If an international marriage broker obtains certification from a user who has entered into a contract and from the other party to marriage brokerage and provides all of the users with written consent to marriage brokerage in writing after obtaining certification from a notary public of each country concerned, such as marriage history, health status, occupation, etc., the international marriage broker shall arrange for remainder and shall not introduce at least two other parties to the user at the same time.
