Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, as a foreigner of the nationality of Malaysia, proposed that he would purchase and deliver goods with a forged credit card from a person in the name in the locality to Korea, and would offer 10% of the price for the goods as a fee. On October 20, 2015, the Defendant entered the Incheon Airport on the part of the above person in the name of the Defendant, who received a letter of credit card 13 which had been forged under the name of the Defendant.
1. On October 20, 2015, at the Incheon Airport located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City around 11:44, the Defendant presented one Chapter among the credit cards received as above to pay taxi charges while getting off the taxi in the name of the victim and getting off the taxi in the name of Jung-gu, Seoul, Jung-gu, Seoul. However, in fact, the above credit card is a forged card and the defendant makes the price of the goods.
