1. Attempted larceny;

A. On October 17, 2016, at around 11:07, the Defendant opened a steering house that was parked by the victim C in the 144-gil, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul, and examined whether there was any article to be kept inside the vehicle and examined whether there was no correction of the Done Star Sheet vehicle that was parked by the victim C. However, the Defendant did not commit an attempted crime and did not commit any stolen article.

B. At around 11:11 on the same day, the Defendant left the top gate of the F-Ap-hurged vehicle parked by the victim E in the Han-gu apartment parking lot in Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul. However, the Defendant continued to park by the victim G, left the knife of the driver’s seat of the HKan vehicle parked by the victim G, but did not bring the intent to commit an attempted crime because the gate was not opened.

2. The Defendant, at the same time and at the same place as described in paragraph 1-b, set up a thief car parked by the victim I and set up a stief driver’s seat in the J, and the market price of the owner’s unknown information in the vehicle is unknown.

1. From around 23:30 on May 30, 2017 to around 23:59, the Defendant: (a) opened a door of a Lunstring car owned by the victim K and brought one head of a credit card owned by the victim in the vehicle; (b) around May 31, 2017, the Defendant purchased two bottles of a sum of KRW 1 45,000 in tobacco amounting to KRW 2,000 in Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, Seoul; and (c) presented a stolen credit card to his employees as stated in paragraph (1) as if he were his own credit card; and (d) took advantage of the stolen credit card amounting to KRW 47,00 in property profits by having the victim settle his credit card using the credit card.
