Punishment of the crime

1. Attempted larceny;

A. 2. A theft: (a) around 01:50 on December 29, 2014, the Defendant: (b) discovered a victim’s freight vehicle in Q1 ton, which was parked in the Republic of Korea, from around 01:50 on the part of the Defendant: (c) discovered a victim’s P, with a view to stealing it; (d) opened a door of the foregoing vehicle without locking; and (e) opened the door of the vehicle and opened the vehicle into the vehicle with the vehicle’s key displayed at the driver’s vehicle, and cut off the vehicle with the vehicle’s seat in the market value of KRW 13 million.
