A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of eight months.

However, as to Defendant B, this shall not apply.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant A, “2013 Highest 2409”, on the following website, posted an advertisement stating that “the purchase of a popon or a popon,” with the number of a popon used by the Defendant, and then purchased a smartphone, which is a stolen from the sellers who reported and contacted the purchase of the smartphone from the sellers who contacted the purchase of the cellphone, and Defendant B is a master of the popon, and Defendant B is a master of the popon, who collects a smartphone from the above sellers on a daily basis and delivers it to Defendant A.

1. Defendant A

A.
